Terms and Conditions

At Yard Celebrations we understand that policies are necessary to keep communication line running smoothly. You and all our customers are very important and special to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Sometimes things happen beyond our control; and we need to have some rules in place 

1. We reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel may be unsafe. We will contact you if this situation arises 
2. Please do not remove any signs as there's "H" hooks that have some sharp edges and may scratch or cut. Taking some of the items down may cause damage to the sign or hard to you- we do not want to be the cause of an unplanned doctor or hospital visit.
3. Playing around or near these signs have been known to 'reach out and grab, or trip' We try not to case any trip hazards as we place items near to convey messages, and make walking paths as necessary. Do not let young children play around them as we want your children to enjoy and be safe
4. If you need signs taken down, please give us a call and we'll gladly come and get them.
5. We may place a small sign in your yard with our company name, phone number, and web address. The sign is designed to be unobtrusive and lets the neighbors know where they can get one, or who's is providing the humor and perhaps celebrate with you Please do not remove or hide this- as this is part of the advertising campaign.
6. We will not put up a 'mean' display, some signs have been 'ordered' by friends, family and they gave us general direction and leigh way in the celebration and is intended as a memory maker or bring a 'pep to your step' or loved one. We will not allow 'crude' or 'cruel' jokes of any sort. Our desire is to make people happy. Please do not rearrage the letters, signs, or critters. The verbiage on any sign or lettering is agreed upon with the customer and us. We respect others and the try to accommodate and collaborate with 'pre-party planning' in making memories and bring some humor or heart felt sentiment.
7. If the 'victim' calls us and wants to know who 'flocked' them we will tell them unless you give us specific instructions not to. (They may want to start a tradition and we hearty support that.)
8. Our Displays are designed to be staked into grassy yards. We cant set up in gravel, concrete or hard dirt surfaces.
9. When booking packages you are not buying the actual packages you are just renting the materials for the display
